for the event log, if someone were to snoop around and investigate the vandalism, would there be any evidence left behind by the attackers? and if shou were to go about touching things stupidly (the writings or the holes in the walls), would it yield any information via clairvoyance? he doesn't really know how to use it effectively, so at most it'd be a flash of memory, or an emotional impression.

We rolled for your snooping success rate and it was a win-win. The attackers didn't leave much of an evidence trail, but if someone were to try and figure out what tools/weapons were used in the attack, it would be easy to tell they aren't from something you can easily find in the 409 settlement. A few witnesses will confirm it was the Caians' doing, but none of them are too surprised about it.

As far as clairvoyance goes, feel free to have him pick up memory flashes from the Koriba prompt and general feelings of anger and petty revenge. No one's happy people stood up to them apparently.
